Looking to make a return or exchange?
As a small business, we strive to provide you with high-quality products and an excellent shopping experience. Sometimes things don't work out, we get it and we're here to help make the process as easy as possible. Unfortunately, I can't accept returns or exchanges of original artworks. All sales of originals are final. For framed prints and other items, see below.
Return Policy:
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
- The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- A 10% restocking fee will be applied to the refund amount.
- Final sale items or gift cards cannot be returned.
- Return limit of $500 per order. We appreciate your understanding of this limitation, as it allows us to continue offering unique and personalized products.
Damaged Items:
We recommend inspecting your order upon receipt and contacting us immediately if the item is defective. Include the order number, name, shipping address, and pictures of the damage. Additionally, we recommend filing a damage claim with the shipping carrier if necessary. This helps us address the issue with them and improve our packaging process.
Exchange Policy:
Every order is prepared at the time of order and unfortunately, we can't process exchanges. You can place a separate order or, if preferred, wait until your return is accepted. Refunds take a few days depending on your bank or credit card company.
